SAFETY SPOTLIGHT
CRE is trialling the Speedshield AiVA Pedestrian Detection System to explore how AI-enabled camera technology can help reduce one of construction’s highest-risk activities: plant and pedestrian interaction. The trial focuses on a Posi-Track working in live site conditions, where visibility, movement and ground-based tasks create complex safety risks.
